Roles & Responsibilities:

Structural Design Expertise: Utilize extensive knowledge and expertise in structural design principles, practices, and techniques to develop innovative and efficient structural solutions for projects in the EPC, Bag house ,ESP conveying pneumatics, and grinding industries.
Structural designing of Mainly Bag Filter, ESP,SILO ,STACK.
Generation of foundation load data.
Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, specifications, and objectives, and develop comprehensive design plans accordingly.
Design Development: Lead the development of detailed structural designs, including calculations, specifications, drawings, and models, using appropriate software tools and considering factors such as load requirements, material properties, safety standards, and project constraints.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure that all structural designs comply with relevant industry codes, standards, regulations, and project-specific requirements. Conduct quality checks to verify accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established guidelines.
Design Optimization: Identify opportunities for design optimization, cost reduction, and value engineering while maintaining structural integrity and functionality. Collaborate with other disciplines to integrate multi-disciplinary design requirements.
Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to junior designers and drafters, reviewing their work and providing feedback to ensure quality and accuracy.
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare comprehensive design documentation, including drawings, specifications, reports, and technical memos. Maintain accurate project records and contribute to progress reports and project reviews.
Coordination and Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, project managers, and construction teams, to ensure seamless project execution. Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers as required.
Continuous Learning and Professional Development: Stay updated with industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices in structural design. Participate in relevant training programs, conferences, and professional organizations to enhance knowledge and skills.

Skill sets/ Additional Requirements :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structure or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in structural design, preferably in project-based industries such as EPC, Handling of structural For Bag house, ESP ,SILO,STACK etc
Proficient in using industry-standard structural design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, TEKLA, etc.).
Strong understanding of relevant design codes and standards (e.g., IS,BIS etc.).
Experience with the design of steel and concrete structures, foundations, equipment supports, and other relevant structural components.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative and practical design solutions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurate calculations and analysis.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex concepts to stakeholders at various levels.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead design efforts.
Knowledge of project management principles and experience in coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is preferred but not mandatory
