Roles & Responsibilities:
- Install and configure company products and services at client sites according to project requirements.

- Provide training and support to customers on the proper use and maintenance of installed systems.
- Document all installation activities, including configuration details, issues encountered, and solutions implemented.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and product developments to provide valuable insights and suggestions for improvement.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines while performing installations.
