Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for technical communication with customer, including design information exchange, release product drawing and other product design related documentation such as P&ID, Motor list, cable schedule, Cable layout, Instrument hookup drawings, Wiring diagram, Panel GA drawing etc.
  • Responsible for new product electrical design process, including planning, Implementation, co-ordination, and progress monitoring.
  • Responsible for project concept in electrical and instrumentation part. Take part in making project scheme with sales engineer.
  • Responsible for supervising the fixing and debugging of relevant projects which was involved.
  • Responsible for relevant technical documents of responsible projects, such as introductions, service procedures.
  • Responsible for PLC programming, Instrument selection, Project engineering documents, Electrical Panel wiring drawings, Project costing Etc
  • Attendance of factory and site acceptance tests provides technical advice and guidance.
  • Act as a change agent, thinking “out of the box” to bring about change and innovation.
  • Designs products or modifies existing products using experience and knowledge of product applications and company standards.
  • Provide discipline engineering support to manufacturing, when needed.
