Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Able to understand the design specifications of projects.
  • Understand, edit, and modify the P&ID as per the design specifications.
  • Preparation of technical specifications for required Instruments, sensors, Hook up drawings etc.
  • Preparation of technical specifications for required Junction Boxes, Local Push Button Stations etc.
  • Preparation of technical specifications for MCC Panel, PLC Panel, PLC IO List, BOM for PLC part etc.
  • Preparation of Electrical Load List, power, and control cable schedules
  • Able to understand the 2D / 3D layout of project scheme prepared by engg. team to mark the panel locations, cable tray routines from panel to instruments, instrument locations etc. by using Auto CAD / Solid Edge.
  • Able to understand and prepare control Architecture as per design specifications.
  • Hands on experience for design of electrical, control wiring diagrams, terminal drawings by using Auto CAD / E-Plan.
  • Final panel inspection activities (FAT), co-ordination with third party and client for inspections, preparation of inspection reports, compliance report and providing dispatch clearance to panel activities.
  • Support to service team regarding guidelines required during erection and commissioning activities and plan site visits whenever required.
  • Preparation of BOM in SAP, release the PR to execution team.
  • Support to purchase team required during procurement activity.
  • Skilled with MS tools required for business reporting purposes
Required Skills:
Technical :
  • Minimum 3 – 5 of Relevant experience in detailed engineering for Control and Instrumentation discipline for Pneumatic Conveying Systems, Air Pollution Control, Grinding Solutions in industrial domain such as Oil, Cement, Steel, Power, Chemical, Food, Pharmaceutical & petrochemical industry
  • Knowledge of Instruments required for measurement of pressure, level, temperature, moisture, flow etc.
  • Auto Cad / E-Plan for development of P&ID, layout, Hook up drawings, terminal drawings, GA of junction boxes etc.
  • Control Panel and Field wiring Designing
  • A knowledge of PLC / HMI / SCADA / VFD’s / Switchgears will be desirable.
  • Hands on Experience for SAP / ERP System
